Project setup payments
Website, automation and design projects involve planning, strategy, design, writing, development, configuration and testing. Once work has started, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed.
Before work begins
If a project has not started and no planning, design, setup, writing, third-party purchase or implementation work has been done, refund requests can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
After work begins
Where work has already started, any refund decision considers work completed, hours spent, third-party costs, delivered files, consultations, strategy, tools configured and any agreed project terms.
Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, ads, subscriptions, software, templates, external tools and other third-party costs are usually paid to outside providers and may not be refundable by Freedom Foundry.

If there is an issue, contact us early so we can review the project, clarify the scope and agree the best next step.
